Welcome to our 'MATILDA OUTBACK TIMBER'!
With our portable mill we can come to your property and mill the logs on site as we are totally self-sufficient. We have a crane truck and a loader with a log grapple which make for easy and safe handling of the logs.Timber and boards can be cut to all sizes.
An initial visit to the site to discuss your requirements and ways of getting the best possible result from each log. We will charge you an hourly rate for the milling (and a standard rate for travel) and leave you with timber cut to your specifications.
The flexibility of our mill enables us to cut logs from 250mm up to 2m. in diameter and from 1.8m to 8m in length.
Alternatively, we can remove the timber from your property in log form.
There is an initial on site discussion but we endeavour to do several in the same area on the same day, thus reducing our time.We will also give you an informed estimate of the cost but until the log starts to be milled an exact amount is difficult to specify due to the effects nature will have had on the tree in its lifetime.
